How can I get support for the members area?

Our support is live Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm UK time. Requests sent on a Friday or over the weekend might not be actioned until Monday.

Is there a private Facebook group?

We have an open Facebook group to all members here. This members website doesn't have a private members Facebook group. However, coaching members can join the private Quip channel here.

I can't get access to something I've paid for

Oh no! We know how frustrating that can be. First, check that you've done the below.

  1. Some browser extensions can make membership sites act funny.
  2. Have you tried logging in incognito mode or in another browser?
  3. Have you tried clearing your cache?

When are the live coaching calls?

Coaching calls are every Thursday at 2pm UK.

Reminder emails are sent Monday at 2pm UK and Thursday 30 minutes before the call.
